An attempt has been made here to explore the possibilits of longer period of storage of perishable food materials malntaMng the nutritive value with a specially designed crate, where no mechanical refrigeration has been used after transporation- The constructional design, grating type shelves and planning for maintaining ihe nutritive value, aroma, etc. have been based on the concept of tero-technology.References
